My offerings & pricing

It all begins with an idea and I’m happy to help you with whatever stage of the process you’re at. I offer 3 different service levels, on-site consultation, virtual consultation & design, and master plan. Each service includes a consultation and CAD drawings but at different levels. Check the drop-down arrows for more details and see an example below.

Gift certificates are available on request.

  • $499.00* on-site consultation and colour concept drawing.

    Includes a 75-minute on-site consultation with photos and dimensions taken. An electronic concept drawing will follow along with a telephone discussion. A final colour drawing (11” x 17”) will be emailed and mailed, including a plant list.

    *Price is based on location. $499.00 pricing for Toronto, west of Bayview Ave., Peel Region, Halton Region and Vaughan Region. Areas beyond the west GTA start at $599.00.

  • $299.00 Virtual design and colour concept drawing.

    Includes a telephone appointment to discuss client-supplied photos and approximate measurements of the space.

    An electronic concept drawing will follow along with a telephone discussion. A final 8.5x11 colour drawing will be sent by mail including a plant list.

    This offer is available in southern Ontario.

  • $1,499.00 and up - Master Plan, with colour, scale, and dimensions.

    Includes a site consultation by appointment with photos and dimensions taken. An electronic concept drawing will follow along with a telephone discussion. A final 11x17 colour drawing with a plant list will be printed and mailed along with a black and white dimensions sheet.

    Additional travel charges may apply if location is beyond western GTA.

Hi, I’m Rita!

My interest in gardening design started with my own outdoor space years ago when I imagined its potential and made it happen with hard work and dedication to the principle of “right plant - right place.” Eventually, I decided to take my interest to a professional level and in 2015 I graduated from the University of Guelph in Landscape Design. Since then I have worked on hundreds of designs and every one has been a new and exciting opportunity to create a beautiful space to enhance curb appeal or backyard enjoyment.

I am a member of Landscape Ontario and use DynaSCAPE software.
